About me.

Hello. My name is Brian, and I'm an industrial design student at the University of Cincinnati. I've been an avid sketcher for as long as I can remember and have always found solace in building things. What I love most about design is getting to work hands-on with new technologies and how directly we as creators get to influence the world around us. As a learner, I'm always seeking out new experiences and the creative challenges that come with them.

To me, design is about re-envisioning the way we interact with the world around us, whether that be through products, systems, or ideas, for the better. This challenge, of inventing new ways to reduce friction in problems both old and new, is at the heart of innovation, and it’s what keeps me passionate about working in the industry.

Whether I’m tasked with designing a cutting-edge user interface or making a simple handle more accessible, my process is to step back, broaden my perspective, and question everything about the “how” and “why”.
